RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

"At Fancy Fur Fashions, we want you and your pet to be happy with your order. If there are any mistakes made on your pet's product, we will gladly correct it for you. Just let us know with 14 days. However, please note that personalized items cannot be returned due to the nature of the product. Thank you for your understanding."
